The Mentor is there to generally be neutral. They aren’t a friend or relative who has a stake as part of your actions; a coach gained’t reward or have problems with whatever you do. That’s a good matter. This means They can be there exclusively in your case without having Successfully Submitted (Awaiting Approval)
